Introducing our new waterfront 55+ community in Sebastian, El Capitan. El Capitan is located along the Indian River in beautiful Sebastian.  Sebastian is nestled between Vero Beach and Melbourne along Florida’s central Atlantic Coast, also know as the Treasure Coast.  Sebastian is home to Pelican Island, a National Wildlife Refuge known for it’s natural unspoiled beauty.  Water sports and activities are in abundance from kayaking and paddleboarding, pontoon and air boat tours, surfing, not to mention world-class bass fishing and deep-sea adventures.  Beach lovers may unearth a rare doubloon.  Spanish Plate Feet was shipwrecked in 1715 leaving many treasures washed up upon Sebastian’s coast.  Treasure hunters continue to search the shoreline for artifacts from the shipwreck.  Don’t miss a trip to Mel Fisher’s Treasure Museum.
